Neot Green Mobility supports DSV in the electrification of last-mile logistics in Germany
16 April 2026
Neot Green Mobility announces the completion of the deployment of 24 Volvo FME 18‑ton electric trucks for DSV, one of the world’s leading logistics companies. The project, structured under a Truck-as-a-Service model that includes vehicle provision, maintenance, and monitoring, is part of the ongoing e-truck Germany program launched with Volvo Trucks and marks a new milestone in the industrialization of heavy-duty fleet electrification.
After announcing in 2025 that the first Volvo electric trucks would enter service as part of a partnership aiming to deploy 75 vehicles by mid-2026, Neot Green Mobility has now reached a major operational milestone with DSV. The fleet is now fully delivered and operational for distribution activities, particularly last-mile delivery, at several sites in Germany.
The project is supported by the German federal program “Climate-friendly commercial vehicles and infrastructure” (KsNI), led by the Bundesamt für Logistik und Mobilität (BALM).
This 100% electric fleet will contribute to a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions from road transport, a decrease in noise pollution in urban areas, and improved air quality.
This project illustrates the transition from a technology demonstration phase to industrial-scale deployment with a leading player in European logistics and confirms Neot Green Mobility’s ability to design and deploy integrated solutions combining financing, grant management, and operational services to accelerate the decarbonization of heavy-duty transport.
“This initiative builds on the e-truck program we launched in Germany in 2025. It marks a decisive milestone: scaling up with DSV, a European leader in logistics, using a proven turnkey business and operational model,” said Aurélien Achard, Chief Business Development Officer at Neot.
