Philippe is the former General Manager of EDF’s Corporate Venture and Innovation Financing activity. He led for EDF the launch of Electranova Capital, a 90M€ venture capital cleantech fund created in partnership between EDF and Idinvest Partners (French private equity firm) in 2012.
He brings over thirty years of experience at EDF in Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Business Development in both B2B, and B2C segments, in France and internationally. Philippe was formerly the Head of Corporate Energy Market Risk Management at EDF. He led the deployment of the EDF’s risk management policy globally and across the group’s main affiliates.
Philippe is an alumnus of the engineering school Ecole Central de Lille, he holds an MBA from HEC.
Alain Lopez has more than 15 years experience in the Transport sector as head of acquisitions of Veolia France Transport division (with more than 12 acquisitions in 3 years) and in the Energy sector as senior investment manager in Dalkia. He has contributed to develop and finance many projects in France and Europe (CHP, District Heating Networks, PPPs…).
Before 2007, Alain was manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services department.
He has graduated from Université Paris IX Dauphine and is a certified public accountant
Huê has over 16 years’ experience in different technical sectors, from aeronautics to renewables energy and engineering.
Before being part of NEoT, she was Head of Asset Management of the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) activity at TotalEnergies Renewables, managing 130MW/130MWh portfolio, the largest BESS in France until 2024. She participated in the creation of the battery storage’s asset management business, contributing to its rapid growth within TotalEnergies.
Prior to 2020, she was Quality and Performance Manager for design, certification and industrialization projects at Safran.
Huê is a graduate of ISM-IAE Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, now Université Paris Saclay, and ESG Finance (MBA).
Aurélien has been working in the mobility, logistics and infrastructure management sectors for more than 15 years after a first experience at Valeo as management controller.
As director at Mensia Conseil, he led multiple projects of partnerships (setting up public service contracts, company takeover, emergence of an innovative solution) with various stakeholders: public (local authorities, public institutions) and private (SMEs and major groups).
He also conducted tendering processes for both sides.
Aurélien has graduated from ESSEC Business School and Sciences Po Bordeaux.
Christophe has been in the battery industry for over 30 years and has developed a strong expertise in designing business models to answer the energy challenges of tomorrow.
Christophe spent 13 years with Saft in international business development and general management positions in France, Germany, the UK, the USA and Asia/ Japan. In 2001, he acquired Uniross Batteries from Saft/Alcatel, made it a world leader in the portable rechargeable consumer battery market (Europe, North America, South East Asia, Africa) and launched the company on Euronext Paris stock market in 2006. Since 2001, Christophe Gurtner is the Chairman & CEO of Forsee Power, the specialist in lithium-ion smart battery systems for the electric transport, portable and mobile equipment and energy storage markets, which has been launched on Euronext Paris stock market in 2021.
Christophe is a graduate from ISC Business School in Paris.
Régis is CFO of EDF Pulse Croissance Holding, the Corporate Venture Capital Division of EDF’s Group.
Régis has been working for more than 20 years in various finance positions including project Finance and M&A within EDF Group.
Since 2013, he has been following small-medium companies and start-ups portfolio in renewables energy and energy related services.
Régis is graduated from MBS (Montpellier Business School).
Shinichi Ban joined in the Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 2000. He has 24 years of experience at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., one of the largest investment and trading companies, in the fields of mobility and infrastructure projects in U.S., Latin America, Asia and European market. He now serves as General Manager of Battery Solutions Dept. Sustainability Impact Div. Energy Solutions Business Unit at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Ban is a graduate in master`s program of Environmental Sciences from Tsukuba University in Japan.
